What you’ll do
- Create the strategy
- Develop a point-of-view on how sales at Pocus should operate. Translate that point of view into a 3 to 6 months “sales roadmap”.
- Proactively make improvements to the sales journey, process, and playbooks with an eye towards repeatability and scale
- Iterate on and help define clear roles and responsibilities and rules of engagement for each role of the sales team
- Operationalize the strategy
- Develop process, collateral, and systems to bring your strategy to life
- Optimize efforts towards the highest impact work and hold the team accountable
- Proactively take learnings about what is / is not working to update your strategy over time
- Work with prospects
- Represent Pocus in leadership and executive level conversations with prospects
- Join sales meetings, particularly where the account might be blocked or stalled
- Proactively and strategically pull in other members of the team when needed
- Be an advisor and expert on sales x AI
